Finding strength in support: my journey with Wysa as a student in Mexico. Fernanda's Story.

“When I first started using Wysa, I was going through a tough time. I was dealing with social anxiety and relationship difficulties constantly, and often felt overwhelmed by stress and loneliness. I chose to try Wysa because it was easy to use, available 24/7, and didn’t require in-person sessions, which really suited my schedule. The app was practical. I could talk with it whenever I needed to. I mostly used the toolkits for things like stress and anxiety, and found the reports helpful too. Over time, I developed new habits, like giving myself space to meditate before reacting or connecting with others."
